Fees Therapy Services
- $225 for initial sessions
- $150 for family sessions
- $175 for individual sessions
- Missed appointment and late cancellation fees – $50
- Medical records request have an additional charge that is not covered by insurance

- Sessions are 45-50 minutes in duration.
Medication Management:
$115 for 30-minute psych follow-up
$250 for initial psychiatric evaluation

Please contact us for the insurance we currently take.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is
possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify
how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours
beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
